This Return Policy explains how Beautyuafreshan handles returns, refunds, and exchanges for day planning kits and related products purchased through beautyuafreshan.world. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Use.

Digital Planning Kits

Digital products, including the Day Block Planner Kit, Focus Sprint Workbook, and downloadable portions of the Creative Week Canvas, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all sales of digital files are final once the download link has been accessed or sent, except where required by applicable consumer law or where a file is defective or materially not as described.

If you experience technical issues preventing download or opening of files, contact us within fourteen days of purchase with your order reference. We will provide replacement links, corrected files, or a refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.

Physical Products

Physical items, such as printed editions of the Creative Week Canvas shipped within the United States, may be returned within thirty days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging where possible.

To initiate a physical return, contact us with photos of damage or defects and your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, a prepaid return label for verified defects. Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the customer responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads after successful delivery or access.
• Customized or personalized planning materials prepared to your specifications.
• Completed consultation sessions once delivered.
• Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive returned goods or confirm a digital delivery failure. Bank processing times may vary. Partial refunds may apply if physical products are returned used or missing components.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong physical format, contact us within fourteen days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. You may be responsible for shipping differences. For digital products, we may offer exchange to an alternative kit of equal value if you have not downloaded the original files.

Consultation Sessions

Paid scheduling consultations may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations with adequate notice may receive credit toward another session or a refund minus reasonable administrative fees where permitted. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle combining digital and physical items, refunds will be calculated based on the value of components already delivered or accessed. Contact us for a breakdown before returning partial bundle contents.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay account access to future downloads while disputes are investigated.

State Consumer Rights

Residents of certain US states may have statutory rights that cannot be limited by this policy. Nothing here limits those rights. If you are a consumer protected by mandatory local laws, those laws prevail over conflicting provisions in this Return Policy.
